Strategy. Launches. Growth.
My Approach
Launching a new home community isn’t about putting up a website and hoping people show up. It’s about creating momentum before demand exists.
With Timber Ridge, I wasn’t simply promoting new-build homes. I was building a marketing system from the ground up… literally. Every touchpoint needed to work together with the same brand voice. From lead capture and CRM workflows to email campaigns, website content, events, and sales support, each piece served a single goal: turning piqued interest into qualified leads for the sales team.
My approach is always to connect the dots between strategy, execution, and results rather than treating them as separate efforts. One of my greatest strengths as a marketer is my ability to step into the mindset of the buyer and understand not just what they need to know, but what they need to feel. The way a project is presented is only the beginning of the journey. The way it makes people feel is the true destination.
Project Snapshot
Project: Timber Ridge, a new residential community in Raymore, Missouri offering maintenance-provided villa homes built by Ashlar Homes. With homes starting in the high $200s, the project required a long-term, trust-based marketing strategy to support a high-consideration purchase journey. Marketing efforts began before a single home build had been completed, requiring buyers to invest in a vision rather than a finished product.

The Challenge
Launch a brand-new residential community from the ground up while generating demand for homes that had not yet been built. With no existing audience, no model home, and limited physical assets to showcase, the challenge was to create awareness, establish trust, generate qualified leads, and support future sales efforts before the community officially opened.
